An auto bolt-on is a small additional data allowance that is automatically added to a SIM when the monthly plan allowance is used up, so the device stays connected without requiring a manual top-up or a call to support. On eComms mobile broadband plans, auto bolt-ons of 2GB are enabled for all new activations on eligible plans. The bolt-on rate is confirmed at account setup. Auto bolt-ons are not available on the 400GB plan.
No. eComms mobile broadband plans are for domestic use within Australia only and do not support international roaming. If staff travel internationally and need data on their devices, eComms voice and data plans with international roaming bolt-ons are available.
